Vimy Pin being sold in fund raising effort

Fifteen cadets from the Chilliwack-based 1725 Royal Canadian Engineer Cadet Corpswill be travelling to Europe in April, primarily to visit Vimy Ridge as part of the 100th Anniversary of that great battle.

The cadets will be in Europe for nine days and will not only tour Vimy, but visit Paris, Passchendaele, Ypres, and Brussels. During the Vimy portion of the trip, they will join an anticipated 25,000 fellow Canadians for this once-in-a-lifetime ceremony, celebrating Canada’s victory at Vimy Ridge.
