Joining Options

You can join the CMEA online or offline as follows:

• Offline: You will need to download and complete the form at the very bottom of this page and mail it with a cheque or confirm you have set up a pay allotment (see below).  
• Online: When you complete the form below, you will be offered the option to pay your first year's dues using your credit card through a secure payment portal.

Pay Allotments

If you are a serving member, you can set up a monthly payment of $2.01 through your pay office. The pay allotment code is Y012. Arrange for the pay allotment and then download the form and mail it to the Registrar using the address on the form. (Please note, Treasury Board will not allow pay allotments for $2.00 or less - hence the figure $2.01). Once you have set-up your pay allotment, download and complete the application form at the very bottom of the page and mail it to the address at the bottom of that form. Your membership will become effective on the first day of the month in which your pay allotment took effect.
