After a long and distinguished career (over 29 years) as a Construction Engineering Officer, Major Steve Manser has decided to retire (26 Jun 2011) from the CF and join the public service as a Quality Assurance Manager in ADM(IE)/ DCPD.  Maj Manser's posting history includes "exotic" locales such as Port au Prince, Khartoum, and Kabul.  His in‐country tours included, Cornwallis, Kingston, Borden, Comox, Chilliwack, North Bay and Ottawa.  Fortunately, the expertise that he developed during these postings will not be lost as Steve will continue to support the CF and DND in his new capacity.
