Captain Zoltan Szabo is retiring from the Canadian forces after 40 years of distinguished service in CFB Moose Jaw, CC UNFICYP, 1 Construction Engineering Unit, CFS Alert, CFB Ottawa, CFB Chilliwack, CF School of Military Engineering, CF Station Holberg, CF RC Edmonton Det Yellowknife, PM NAADM, DG COMM, DGAEPM, and, finally, CAS D Air CFG.

A retirement ceremony will be held in honour of Zoltan's outstanding career and to acknowledge the dedication and support of his wife Carin. The ceremony will take place in the Control Tower at the RCAF Officers' Mess, Ottawa, commencing 1230 hrs 21 Apr 06. A cocktail lunch buffet will be served followed by farewell presentations. The lunch will cost approximately ten dollars per person, including tax and service, payable at the door and a cash bar will also be available.
