Le AGMC affiche un avis de départ à la retraite de tous les membres de la famille du GMC dès que nous sommes informés. Si il ya une fonction de marquage de la retraite, nous aurons besoin de l'heure, la date, le lieu, le coût et le nom et les coordonnées de l'organisateur.

Vous pouvez consulter notre base de données. Nos dossiers actuels remontent à 2006. Si vous trouvez des erreurs ou des omissions dans les détails de votre retraite ou ceux d'un autre ingénieur, laissez-nous savoir et nous allons y remédier. Si vous prenez votre retraite avant 2006 et que vous voulez les détails de votre retraite affichés, envoyer les détails pour nous. Nous avons besoin du nom complet, grade, les décorations, la date de la retraite et, si possible, une biographie de tous les membres à la retraite ou de retraite.

La rédaction d'un bon récit de retraite est une tâche importante et ne doit pas être prise à la légère. Nous devons à nos camarades de départ un adieu approprié, merci et meilleurs voeux pour l'avenir lorsqu'ils partiront. Un récit reflétant leur service, leurs sacrifices et leurs réalisations doit être enregistré et mis à la disposition des amis et de la famille. Les certificats de retraite sont distribués par l'adjudant CME. Les membres qui demandent ces certificats doivent remplir, sauvegarder et envoyer par courriel le formulaire téléchargeable ci-dessous au Adjt de GMC à CMEAdjtGMC@forces.gc.ca.
