We regret to advise that Carl Frederick Riggs, age 75, passed away on 31 October 2010 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown, PEI .

No visitation by personal request. A memorial service was held at Park Royal United Church on 5 November 2010, with a gathering following the service in the church hall. Family interment in Lower Bedeque Cemetery. If so desired, donations may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital or a charity of your choice.
