Spr Edward J. Abbott (Ret’d)

We regret to advise of the death of Sapper Edward J. Abbott (Ret’d) on 27 February 2009 in Winfield, AB at the age of 87 years.

Edward was a Second World War veteran who served with the Royal Canadian Engineers.  He was a Life member, Past President and Charter Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #236 in Winfield.

Edward is buried in Poplar Grove Cemetery, Winfield, AB.^{{gdFeb2017dc} [zsp, zpi, zbd, zsd]}
