We regret to advise of the death of Corporal Charles “Chuck” Hearn (Ret’d) of Blenheim, ON at the Riverview Gardens Retirement Home in Chatham-Kent ON on 5 November 2014 at the age of 85.

Chuck was a Korean War veteran who served with the Royal Canadian Engineers.  After leaving the Regular Force joined the Reserves with the Essex and Kent Scottish Regiment where he attained the rank of Staff Sergeant.  He was a retiree from Navistar Heavy Vehicle Manufacturing Company.  He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #185, Corporal Harry Miner VC Memorial Branch, in Blenheim ON.

A Funeral Service will be held in Trinity Anglican Church Blenheim on 10 November.  Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. Donations may be made to Trinity Anglican Church or the Heart & Stroke Foundation. ^{{dc/gdMay2016kh}}
