MWO Noah Salpeter

In 2012, after graduating high school, Noah Salpeter enrolled in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves at the Royal Canadian Hussars. Two years later, Noah transferred trades to 34 Combat Engineer Regiment, where he is the Sergeant Major of 4 Field Engineer Squadron. 

During his 14-year career, Noah split his time working between part-time and full-time employment. In 2019, he was attached to the assault pioneers as an engineer advisor during Op LENTUS. Later that year, Noah went to work with the US Marines in Camp Lejeune, NC, and obtained his Urban Breacher Qualification. In 2020, Noah participated in Op LASER assisting with the response to COVID 19. In 2021, Noah again assisted with the response to COVID 19, participating in Op VECTOR. He worked in the ops cell at the Regiment until switching to a civilian career, where he now works as an assistant superintendent for PCL Construction. 

Noah has a bachelor’s in Human Relations and Business Management from Concordia University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
