    We regret to advise that Hugh Brennan passed away peacefully on 4 October 2008 in his 88th year.

    Hugh was born in Vancouver spent his early life there and in Britannia Mines, BC. He served in the Royal Canadian Engineers during WWII. After the war, he attended the University of Toronto from which he graduated with a BSc in Mining and Engineering in 1951.

    Visitations on 4 October at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street Toronto. A Funeral Mass will be held on 8 October at Blessed Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 3220 Bayview Avenue, Toronto. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Michael's Hospital Foundation would be appreciated. ​{gdSept2015kh}
