Change is a constant in the Army, and change has come to 39 CER with a Change of Command.
39 CER has new Commanding Officer. A Change of Command is more than a passing of the torch in the Reserves; it is a sign of strength these as there are some units struggling to grow their CO’s from within their own unit or from their own corps.
39 CER was well served by LCol Piers and we are looking forward to guidance of LCol Gower.
