Veterans' Care Survey - Closing Soon!

The University of Ottawa and the Perley Health Centre of Excellence in Frailty-Informed Care™ are conducting a major study into how Canada is supporting the preferences of older Veterans and families in later life to promote health and well-being.  They need your valuable insight and opinions.

Engineers Presented with Meritorious Service Medals

Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada, presented 55 Meritorious Service Medals (M.S.M.), during a ceremony at Rideau Hall on Thursday, November 9.

Created by Queen Elizabeth II, the Meritorious Service Decorations recognize great Canadians for exceptional deeds accomplished over a limited period of time that bring honour to our country.

The following four Engineers were among the recipients.

Following the enduring success of our CME Classics, you are all invited to participate in the 4th NCR CME Hockey Game, Winter Classic 2023 edition. The intent of this game is to gather amongst the engineer extended family in a friendly, yet slightly competitive, environment as the holiday season nears and to celebrate Ste-Barbara. Veterans Return to Cyprus

2024 marks the 60th Anniversary of when the United Nations Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) was established to prevent further fighting between the Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot communities in the newly formed republic. Canada was one of the original contributors of troops to UNFICYP with lead elements arriving on 15 March 1964 followed by a brigade headquarters, the 1st Battalion, Royal 22e Régiment, and a Reconnaissance Squadron from The Royal Canadian Dragoons mounted in Ferret scout cars with transport provided by the RCAF and HMCS Bonaventur
