Dear colleagues,

Every year, in the lead up to Remembrance Day, we mark Veterans’ Week from November 5 to 11. This week presents an opportunity for Canadians to honour those who have served our country in times of war, military conflict and peace. We recognize your organization’s commitment and support to Veterans and their families and thank you for your continued collaboration in promoting remembrance initiatives.

1. LGen Jennie Carignan addresses the NATO MILENG Community atop an MBG, during the NSJEC Cultural Dinner.

2. The CME, MGen Kevin Horgan, porting the NSJEC mask speaks with a NATO colleague.

A troop from 5 RGC, led by Lt Amélie Lefrançois, build an MGB in the Manège Voltigeurs de Québec.

A static display of engineer vehicles was placed in front of the Armoury, the pull of the fire truck lights lead the delegates to the event.

The static vehicle display also included this LAV and a Buffalo.

We are now accepting applications from CMEA members and the dependents of current or deceased CMEA members for the academic year starting September 2021. Applicants must have completed or be in their final year of secondary schooling and preparing to attend or continuing a program at a certified post-secondary educational institution.

There are nine educational bursaries of $1,500 awarded annually for the year of study starting in September to nine applicants based on the eligibility and selection criteria detailed in this directive.
