Cpl Brown joined the Canadian Army on 05 June 2017 as a Combat Engineer. He completed BMQ in St Jean-sur-Richelieu in October 2017 and moved to CFSME Gagetown to complete Combat Engineer DP1 in early June 2018. Cpl  Brown  was  immediately  posted  to  1 CER in Edmonton and joined the Mechanized Squadron which became 17 Armoured Squadron.
