We regret to advise of the death of Warrant Officer R. Peter Pelley, CD (Ret’d) of Nobelford AB on 17 Jun 2017 after a battle with cancer.

Peter served for 27 years with the Canadian Military Engineers as a Stationary Engineer. His postings included Canadian Forces Base Cold Lake, Canadian Forces Station Alert and Air Command Headquarters. Peter retired from the Canadian Forces in 2001 and settled in Nobleford just outside Lethbridge AB. He worked for Enbridge Gas until 2017 and also served as a Municipal Councillor for seven years.

Funeral arrangements will be advised when known.
