We regret to advise of the death of Firefighter Warrant Officer Joseph Georges Daniel Beauchamp, CD (Ret’d) of Ship Harbour NS, peacefully at Hospice Halifax on 22 December 2021 at age 69.

Daniel proudly served his country for 27 years as a firefighter in the Canadian Armed Forces with the Canadian Military Engineers. Some of his postings included Canadian Forces Bases Shearwater, NS and Moose Jaw, SK as well as tours on several HMCS Ships. Daniel also deployed to Cyprus on United Nations peacekeeping duties and to the former Yugoslavia on NATO operations.
