We regret to advise of the death of William "Billy" Nightingale at home in Glace Bay, NS on 25 December 2012.

Billy was born in Glace Bay.  He was an Army veteran who served in the Royal Canadian Engineers in Germany, Cyprus and Canada.  He was a active member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #3 in Glace Bay.

Visitation will be on 2 January 2013 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM in Curry's Funeral Home, 775 Main Street, Glace Bay.  A funeral mass will be celebrated on 3 January at 10:00 AM in St. Anne's Church, Glace Bay.  Donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice or the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #3 Glace Bay.  ^{{dcMay2017gd}[zsd, zsp]}
