The University of Ottawa and the Perley Health Centre of Excellence in Frailty-Informed Care™ are conducting a major study into how Canada is supporting the preferences of older Veterans and families in later life to promote health and well-being.  They need your valuable insight and opinions.

• Veterans who are 55 years of age or older who are willing to participate in a 1-hour (via telephone or videoconferencing) with our research team to tell us about their needs, experiences, and ideas.
• Caregivers/ family members of older Canadian Veterans who are willing to participate in the study in one
  or two of the following ways: 
  • Participate in a 1-hour interview (via telephone or videoconferencing) with our research team,
  • Complete a 40-minute online survey about your role as a caregiver.
