Our new Senior Vice President has initiated a LinkedIn group for Engineers.

CWO (Ret’d) Mike Golden served as a combat engineer with the    CAF for 25 years. During his career, he deployed twice to the former Yugoslavia as well as several domestic deployments with 34 Canadian Brigade Group (34 CBG). Other career highlights include his appointment as the Regimental Sergeant Major of 34 Combat Engineer Regiment (formerly 3 Field Engineer Regiment) and as the Sergeant Major of the 34 CBG Territorial Battle Group in Montreal during OP LASER.

In his civilian life, Mike Golden is an accomplished technology professional as well as an accredited security professional currently working with the global firm ABB in a senior leadership role. His professional accomplishments both in and out of uniform make him an excellent addition to the CMEA board of directors and national executive.

As one of his first contributions to the CMEA, Mike has established a CMEA presence on LinkedIn. He has provided an outline of this new initiative below:

Why Connect on LinkedIn
