We regret to advise of the death of Master Warrant Officer David Thomas Wooley, CD, (Ret'd) on 30 April 2012 in the Chilliwack General Hospital.

Born and raised in Edmonton, David joined the CF in 1969 as an Electrical Generating Systems Technician. He served in a number of postings including: CFS Penhold (70-71), CFS Dana (71-74), CFS Alsask (75-78), CFB Chatham (78-79), CFS St Margarets (79-81), CFB Baden-Soellingen (81-85), CFB Shearwater (85-88), CFS Sydney (89-90), and CFB Chilliwack (90-92), retiring as a Master Warrant Officer Mechanical Systems Technician in the Utilities Officer position at CFB Chilliwack.

Cremation has taken place and a Memorial service is scheduled for 1230 hrs 20 May at Vedder Golden Branch 280, Royal Canadian Legion.
