We regret to advise of the death of Master Corporal Marcel Joseph Ernest “Danny” Lamouche, peacefully, at North Island Hospital in Courtenay, BC on 4 November 2019 at age 76.

Marcel served as a Firefighter with the Royal Canadian Air Force for 25 years with postings that included CFB Bagotville, QC, RCAF Station Zweibrücken (3 Wing) in Germany and CFB Comox, BC. He was quite an athlete and at one time was the goalie for the RCAF 3 Wing Flyers. Marcel was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion.

Prayers will be offered with viewing on Tuesday, 12 November at 7:30 pm at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church in Courtney where Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, 13 November at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Courtenay Civic Cemetery. Should friends wish, donations in his memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association, would be appreciated.
