C’est cet automne qu’une touche finale a été portée aux travaux entrepris en 2012, afin de doter le sentier du mont Brillant d’infrastructures permettant son ascension sécuritaire. Un imposant escalier, une création originale des membres du 5e Régiment du génie de combat (5 RGC), permet dorénavant aux gens d’atteindre avec aisance le sommet de ce mont dont le sentier atteint une distance de 1,3 kilomètre.
