In July 1977, 1 AB Fd Sqn was removed from the order of battle of the CAR. The Regiment moved from Griesbach Barracks in Edmonton to Petawawa. Ten Years Ago

On 20 October 2014, WO Patrice Vincent was targeted in a lone wolf terror hit-and-run attack in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Two days later, Cpl Nathan Cirillo was gunned down while on guard at the National War Memorial in Ottawa. In both cases, the murderer was an ISIS sympathizer. Please take a moment to remember these two soldiers, their service, their sacrifice, and their friends and families.
