The team line-up for Invictus Team Canada 2020 was revealed and celebrated in a ceremony at Ottawa City Hall on 5 February 2020.
The team of 30 former and currently serving Canadian Armed Forces members will compete at The Hague, Netherlands this year from 6 to 16 May. They will be competing against more than 500 competitors from 20 nations taking part in ten adaptive sports.

While doing some "boots on the ground" research yesterday, I came across this battered headstone to a member of the Royal Canadian Regiment who passed away prior to the outbreak of the First World War.

On 15 January 2020, 5 RGC Geomatics Tp received a Canadian Joint Operations Command (CJOC) Unit Commendation for their work during OP CADENCE (G7 Summit in Charlevoix 2018).
