Second World War Tribute Pin

To mark the 75th anniversary of Canada's engagement in the Second World War, living Canadian Veterans of the Second World War may request a special commemorative lapel pin and certificate of recognition. Any living Veteran of the Second World War, including any Canadian or Newfoundlander who served at least one day with Canadian forces or any other Allied force, including the Canadian or British Merchant Navy, are eligible to receive the tribute lapel pin and certificate.

You will need to complete a form and send it to Veterans Affairs Canada, either by mail or electronically.
