As the training year starts at the unit we here at the 33CER Association are ramping up our calendar of events and looking to bring back our esprit de corps.
We are in the initial phases of working on a refresh on our communication strategy to bring the association back from the Stone Age of social media. Stay tuned for our new look!
In the meantime we do have two events coming up in the near future. The Ottawa bicentennial celebration happening on Saturday September 26th at Major Hill’s Park. I have committed to the CO of 33CER, Lcol Kevin NG, that the association would fill an 8-man assault boat with association members. If you are interested in rowing down the canal with old friends please reach out and let us know to add you to the roster.
We are also starting our association breakfast club on October 4th open to association members and their family. WE kindly ask to RSVP so we can ensure to book enough room for all to come.
If you know of anyone who should also be receiving this newsletter feel free to forward this message on to them and encourage them to subscribe to the list by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email.
