    After 6 years of loyal and dedicated service to the Canadian Armed Forces and the Canadian Military Engineers, Cpl Deonater Niedoba will leave the Forces on 08 February 2023. Anecdotes and retirement wishes may be sent to Cpl A.J. Dyke at Andrew.Dyke@forces.gc.ca.


    On 27 August 2015, Deonater joined the Canadian Armed Forces in Victoria, British Columbia. He completed Basic training in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, in November 2015. After Basic training, he was sent to CFB Gagetown, New Brunswick for the Water, Fuel, and Environmental DP1 course at CFSME. Following the course, he was posted to CFB Cold Lake, Alberta, where he worked in the WFE section as a QL3-qualified apprentice. Cpl Niedoba returned to CFSME for DP2 which he completed in July 2019 before returning to 4 Wing Cold Lake. Cpl Niedoba completed the Primary Leadership Course at CFB Shilo, Manitoba, in March 2021.

    Upon his release in February 2023, Cpl Niedoba will begin working with RPOU(W) at CFB Edmonton as a member of the Water, Fuel, and Environment Section.

    Cpl Niedoba, his wife Samantha, and son Grayson are excited to begin their new life in the city of Edmonton.,
