We regret to advise of the death of Aircraftman Lorne Alfred Wensley of Saskatoon at St. Paul’s Hospital at the age of 79 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Born in Borden SK, Lorne served as a firefighter with the Royal Canadian Air Force and retired from the Canadian Forces while stationed at RCAF Station Summerside in order to look after the family farm.

Public Viewing will take place at Park Funeral Home, 311 Third Avenue North on Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Memorial Service will be held at The Rock Church, 228 Avenue G South, Saskatoon on Tuesday, 21 September 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date.
