We regret to advise of the death of Sapper Gustave Desmaris (Ret’d) of Orillia ON on 31 March 2005 at the age of 88 years.

Gus was a Royal Canadian Engineer veteran of the Second World War who served in the 12^th Field Company in Italy and Northwest Europe. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Frontier Branch #130 in Fort Erie ON.
