For planning purposes, we need to know how many of you are planning to park your RV at the Heritage Park during Op GRANITE II. Once we have the answers, we can start taking reservations.
We expect most guests to arrive on Friday, 17 July and leave on Sunday, 19 July. However, we need a minimum of five RVs on each night to reserve any spots. If you want a spot on Thursday, 16 July or Sunday, 19 July as well, be sure to set your arrival and departure dates to meet your needs. If we have fewer than five reservations on any night, we cannot have anyone stay that night. Once we have all your plans, we can tell you which nights are available to reserve.
Here are details to consider:
- There are 8x50 amp plug-ins on the East side of the sand rings, and 24 x 30-amp hook-ups laid out in the overflow parking lot at the front of the property. We will reserve these on a first-come/first-served basis.
- There are no sewer or water hook-ups. The Sani-dump is nearby, but outside the Heritage Park. You can see the Sani-dump from the Heritage Park.
- We need a minimum of five (5) RVs booked for each night to reserve any spots. If we have fewer than five reservations on any night, we cannot have anyone stay that night.
- Provided we have a minimum of five reservations, the available starting date is Thursday, 16 July, and last exit date is noon Monday, 20 July 2026.
- We will request full or partial paymentin advance to secure your spot. Sites are available for $36 per night, payable in advance. GST is included. Full refunds are available until one week before the event, in which case a service charge may be charged.
Please complete the survey below before Friday, 13 February this week. When the results are tabulated, we will name the days we can host your RVs and start taking reservation requests.
