A proposed class action suit has been filed against the Government of Canada concerning an error that was made in the calculation of Veterans Affairs Canada Disability Benefits payable for the period 2002 to 2010. Badawy Sha’ath’s path to becoming a member of the Canadian Armed Forces was a little more circuitous than most people.
