Reserve Employment Opportunities - 1 ESU

1 Engineer Support Unit (1 ESU) in Kingston has many Reserve positions, two of which are currently vacant and need to be filled. Ashely Granter Receives CMEA Bursary

The CMEA is pleased to award the  Lieutenant G.A. Hickson, DCM, MM Memorial Bursary to Ms Ashley Granter, a student at Memorial University in St John's. With the assistance of CWO Doug Payne, RSM of 37 CER, Ms Granter is receiving the framed certificate from BGen Tony Stack (Ret'd), former CO of 56 Field Engineer Squadron and Deputy Commander of Land Force Atlantic.

Construction Engineers: An Essential Component to a Support Team

Captain Philippe Bolduc was recently deployed on Operation IMPACT (Op IMPACT) between Nov 2020 - Apr 2021 as the Construction Engineer Troop Commander (CE TP Comd) within the Operation Support Hub - Southwest Asia (OSH-SWA) in Camp Canada, Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait. He has written a full account of his experiences on that tour describing the significant contribution of construction engineers deployed on that mission.
