We regret to advise of the death of Warrant Officer John Charland CD (Ret’d) at Brockville General Hospital on 21 December 2012. John served for 27 years including as a Combat Engineer in Chilliwack, B.C. and retiring from the service in 1977 as a Construction Maintenance Technician at CFB Greenwood, NS.
