We regret to advise of the death of Sapper Robert Frederick Wood (Ret'd) peacefully on 22 September 2010 at the Chilliwack General Hospital at the age of 79.

Born in Trenton, Michigan, Robert served with the Royal Canadian Engineers for 12 years and then worked for York Farms [later becoming Fraser Valley Foods] before retirement in 1996.
