We regret to advise of the death of Sergeant Edward “Eddie” Smith (Ret’d) of Carroll’s Crossing, NB on 1 October 2002 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton, NB.

Born in Liverpool, NS, Eddie served in the Royal Canadian Engineers. 

There will be no visitation or funeral service.  A private family memorial will be held at the Miramichi Valley Funeral Home, New Bandon, NB on 4 October.  Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice.  ^{{dcMay2017gd} [zsd, zcc, zpp]}
