We regret to advise of the death of Firefighter Corporal Clifford Lawrence Provo, CD (Ret'd) peacefully in White Rock BC on 10 December 2021 at age 103.

Cliff was born in a farmhouse near Clair SK and joined the Royal Canadian Air Force 1941. He took his Basic Firefighter course at RCAF Station Trenton and served much of his 25 years as a firefighter at RCAF Station Moose Jaw and  RCAF Station Penhold. Cliff retired from the Canadian Forces in 1968 and settled in Rocky Mountain House BC. For his second career, he worked for many years as a medic/guard at the prison in Nordegg AB. Cliff and his wife Norma eventually settled in White Rock BC in 2002 to be closer to family and to escape the snowy winters. Cliff was a lifelong member of the Royal Canadian Legion, and he enjoyed dancing to old-time music all of his life.

Online condolences can be sent to the funeral home. There will be a Celebration of Life in the spring at the Royal Canadian Legion in White Rock. The date and time will be announced at a later date.
