We regret to advise of the death of Master Warrant Officer Phillip Spencer Jones (Ret'd) age 71, of Cape Breton, NS, on 17 June 2014 at the Ottawa General Hospital. Born in Sydney, NS, Spencer joined the Canadian Armed Forces in 1961 and retired in 1995 at the rank of Master Warrant Officer.

Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd., Nepean on Thursday, 3 July 2014 from 3 p.m. until the time of memorial service in the chapel at 4:30 p.m.
