    After 8 years of loyal and dedicated service to the Canadian Armed Forces and the Canadian Military Engineer Branch, MCpl Jordan Haughton will be released on 30 October 2022. Anecdotes or well wishes may be sent to WO E.R.J. Beauclair at Eric.Beauclair@forces.gc.ca.


    Jordan Haughton was born in Markham, Ontario, in 1994 and join the Canadian Armed Forces as a Firefighter in Ottawa, Ontario, in January 2014. After basic training, Haughton completed QL3 training in Borden, Ontario, and was then posted to 14 Wing Greenwood, Nova Scotia, in 2015. While at 14 Wing, Jordan was promoted to the rank of Corporal and was tasked to Inuvik for three months in 2017 and then to Alert for three months in 2019. Cpl Haughton completed DP2 training and was posted to Esquimalt in 2020 to assist the Navy at the Damage Control School. Following a promotion to the rank of Master Corporal, he was posted to Ottawa as a Fire Prevention and Life Safety Inspector in 2021. MCpl Haughton has now decided to move onto his next challenge in life.
