LCol C.L. Swallow, CD has retired from the Canadian Armed Forces as of 16 Oct 14, after 25 years of dedicated service to the CAF and the CME Branch (please see bio attached). There will be a luncheon at the Edmonton Garrison WOs and Sgts Mess Atrium 28 Nov 14, 1130 for lunch at 1200. The DWD will begin at 1300. Dress is semi casual.
