Captain Timothy Cook, Commanding Officer of Real Property Operations Detachment (RPOD) at Moose Jaw, has accomplished an exceptional achievement by reaching the platinum level of the FORCE test. The FORCE test is a mandatory annual physical fitness assessment that ranks Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members based on their physical capabilities and fitness for service and only 0.1% of CAF members reach the platinum level.
To mark this outstanding achievement, 15 Wing Commander, Colonel D.S. Coutts, presented a certificate to Capt Cook on 30 Oct 24, during a 15 Wing Honours and Awards ceremony held at the Headquarters. In addition to this recognition, Capt Cook earned the privilege of wearing a pin to highlight this achievement on his DEUs.
In addition to his physical fitness achievements, Capt Cook is the sole military personnel at RPOD Moose Jaw. He handles maintenance contract transitions and supports the base modernization and transformation through the Future Air Crew Training Program.
Capt Cook's achievement in reaching the platinum level of the FORCE test is an example to his hard work, and commitment to fitness. His accomplishment serves as an inspiration to all members of RPOU(W), encouraging them to strive for highest standard of fitness.
Congratulations on your achievement.
