The key Op GRANITE II events include the Meet & Greet, the Memorial & Rededication Ceremony, the Memorial Dinner and the Farewell Brunch. Also, there are several optional events organized by various volunteer groups. For convenience, all events are listed here with tentative details. They include:
- Meet & Greet, the Memorial & Rededication Ceremony, the Memorial Dinner and Farewell Brunch;
- Legacy Walks of the old PMQ areas and Slesse Demolition Range;
- Golf;
- Sturgeon Fishing;
- Combat Diver Reunion and Memorial;
- Legion 100th Anniversary Time Capsule Reveal; and
- History & Heritage Displays.
A survey will be distributed in June asking you to tell us events you may want to attend.
An updated program will be included with your Op GRANITE II Welcome package at check-in.
Suggestions: We are open to suggestions from everyone, especially groups who may want to gather around a theme or shared interest.
