In a significant effort to enhance service accessibility at the RP Ops Det base, Captain Besedin and WO White, members of the RP Ops unit at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, introduced the initial idea. Afterward, this idea thoroughly refined and executed by the Command team, has resulted in the implementation of a user-friendly solution for streamlined issue reporting—the Work Request QR Code. Staff and occupants now have the convenience of reporting problems seamlessly by scanning a QR code with their mobile phones, thereby generating a pre-templated email for submission to the Real Property Operations Unit (West) office at 15 Wing Moose Jaw.

How It Works 

Facing an issue? Request assistance from RP Ops through a simple, efficient process. Scan the provided QR code for instant issue reporting. A templated email form appears, allowing easy customization and attachment of pictures. Once filled, hit send, and your request get sent to RP Ops offices at 15 wing Moose Jaw. Upon arrival, the email triggers a thorough review and processing procedure. This streamlined 4-step approach ensures swift and effective issue resolution.
