PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Hi all, the Regiment is at the start of the training year with readiness reviews and annual weapons qualifications. Readiness training leads to overseas deployments. Notable is the fact
that the Regiment has five members overseas and deployed 25 members to fight forest fires (Op LENTUS). I had pleasure of meeting with the CO, the RSM and the new Adjt during their visit to 44 Engr Sqn. I with pleased with their updates on the Regiment and things in general. There are a few promotions in this newsletter which is good to see. As always, the Army’s backbone is the leaders at all rank levels. It is good to see new leaders in the Regiment.
Chimo!
