We regret to advise of the death of Harold Elizée D’Entremont of Lower West Pubnico, NS at the Nakile Home for Special Care in Glenwood, NS on 7 January 2013 at the age of 99 years.

Harold was born in Lower West Pubnico. He was a veteran of the Second World War and served for four years in the Royal Canadian Engineers.  After the war he worked as a fisherman for most of his life and fished lobster, herring and swordfish from Cape Hatteras to the Grand Banks.  He was a founding member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch # 66, West Pubnico.

Visitation was held in West Pubnico Funeral Home in Middle West Pubnico. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, Middle West Pubnico.  Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Peter’s Cemetery Fund or to a charity of choice. ^{{dcFeb18gd} [zsd, zpp]}
