    We regret to advise of the death of Sapper Francis Thomas Peter “Frank” Cain (Ret’d) of Salmo, BC on 27 March 2012 at the age of 98.

    Frank was born in Cobalt, ON.  He was a veteran of the Second World War who served in the Royal Canadian Engineers in Britain and Europe.  He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #217 in Salmo for 31 years.

    A Memorial Service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Salmo on 31 March at 3:00 PM. {dcApr2017gd}[zsd, zcc, zsp}
