    After more than 31 years of loyal and dedicated service to the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), MWO Labelle, CD (bio attached) will be retiring 1 Sept 17. MWO Labelle will be having an informal DwD luncheon at Mingler’s Pub, Oromocto on 5 July at 1130.     Retraite – AdjuM Labelle Après plus de 31 ans de service loyaux et dévoué et au sein des Forces armées canadiennes (FAC), l’AdjuM Labelle, CD (veuillez voir la bio ci-jointe), prendra sa retraite le 1 sept 17. L’AdjuM Labelle aura un dîner de Départ dans la Dignité au Mingler’s Pub, Oromocto le 5 juil. à 11h30.     MWO Labelle was born in Montreal Quebec and raised in the small town of Thurso Quebec.

    He joined the Army in March of 1986 as an infantryman with the PPCLI. After four yours, he was posted to 2 Commando, Airborne Regiment in Petawawa. In Jan 1993, Cpl Labelle OT’d to the ED Tech trade and started training in Chilliwack BC. Upon completion, he was posted to North Bay.

    During his career, MWO Labelle has completed postings to 3rd Battalion PPCLI (tour to Cyprus), 2 Commando Airborne Regiment, CFB North Bay (tour to Golan Heights), CFJSR for Y2K, 1 Cnd Field Hospital, CFSME, 1 ESU (tour to Afghanistan), CFB Moose Jaw as the WCEO (second tour to Afghanistan), 192 CEF Aldergrove as the SSM, Leitrim Det Masset as the Det Commander and back to CFSME as the CEMS and then CETS SSM.

    MWO Labelle will be retiring on 01 Sep 17 in Moncton NB where he will live a long life of waiting for the Leafs to win the Stanley Cup again. It will happen!
