    Taylor Raeburn-Gibson (veuillez voir la biographie ci-jointe), prendra sa retraite le 1er mai 2018. Une cérémonie de départ avec dignité aura lieu au
    Crown and Anchor Pub & Grill à Edmonton, AB le 20 1130 avril 2018. Les participants doivent informer le BPR de leur présence APT le 19 avril 2018.

    Captain Taylor Raeburn-Gibson was born in London, Ontario. Taylor joined the Canadian Armed Forces on 16 Jul 2009. He graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada in 2013 with a degree in Civil Engineering. After graduating, he completed his phase training in Gagetown, NB and was posted to 1 CER in Edmonton, AB on 11 Apr 2014.

    With 1 CER, Taylor worked as the Construction Troop Commander and after completing his Combat Diver Course in 2014, the Resources Troop Commander.

    In 2016, Taylor was posted to 1 CMBG HQ as the Bde Comd’s PA. While still posted at 1 CMBG HQ, he deployed to Latvia as part of the stand-up of Joint Task Force – Europe. He returned to 1 CER in the spring of 2017 where he worked as the 2IC of 17 Armd Sqn.

    Capt Raeburn-Gibson has decided to retire and end his career with 1 Combat Engineer Regiment and the Canadian Armed Forces.

    Taylor will be moving to Toronto, ON where he looks forward to pursuing work in the private engineering sector.
