We regret to advise of the death of Firefighter John Leonard “Jack” MacPhee on 22 December 2021 in the QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax NS at age 88 after a short illness. Born in Halifax, Jack served with Department of National Defence Fire Service for more than 44 years and is believed to be one of its longest-serving members.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a funeral service will be held at a later date. Online condolences can be sent to the funeral home.
