After more than 5 years of loyal and dedicated service to the Canadian Armed Forces and the Canadian Military Engineers, Cpl Maxime Grondin-Morais will retire on 01 June 2021. To respect current health measures, there will be no Depart with Dignity ceremony at this time. Anecdotes, congratulatory messages, and pictures can be sent to MWO J.J.L. Cpl Grondin-Morais began his military career at the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School (CFLRS) in March 2016. Aspiring to a career as an electrical distribution technician, he pursued this goal to the Canadian Forces School of Military Engineering (CFSME) in Gagetown, where he completed DP1. Following his graduation, he was transferred to the Real Property Operations Unit (Quebec), Section Montreal. Ever since, he has been part of the Carpentry Shop as an apprentice.
