We regret to advise of the death of Corporal John “Jack” Purdy Lane (Ret`d) at home on 16 September 2013 at age 61 years.

Born in Moncton, NB, Jack served much of his 15-year Military Engineer career as a Heavy Equipment Operator with 22 Field Squadron in Camp Gagetown

Visitation will be held at the Oromocto Funeral Home on Wednesday, 18 September 2013 from 7 to 9 pm. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #93 will hold a tribute at 7 pm. A memorial service will be held at the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel at 12:00 pm on Thursday, 19 September 2013. Donations in Jack`s memory can be to the Oromocto SPCA or to a charity of the donor`s choice.
